of Sai Kung District,
Basalt island is together with Wang Chau Island,
and Bluff Island.

but there's no phone signals
no restaurant or any refreshing Point
the hike is about 3 hours hike totally

how to go to Basalt Island?
there is no Public Transport For Basalt Island.
the on way is Private Boat.
Normally a Speedboat takes 15 to 20 people
and cost 200 HKD per person for around trip

the speedboat will drop you northeastern of island
and had to go towards beach to the south

trail is going to another beach and sea cave
there is no more trail so no chance to lost

in the group you can get speedboat 180 per person
boat will pick you from Sai Kung Pier
morning time and the boat will return to you
4 to 5 pm depends what time you give to boatman
try to return before to evening
